Whole beef price per lb carcass: $3.80 (Carcasses weigh 600-700 lbs), plus harvest fee and butchering.
Beef is harvested on the ranch and taken to Country Butcher in Linda, Ca for cut and wrap.
Approximate finished beef 400-450 lbs.
All beef will be frozen, and must be picked up at the butcher.
