Deposit: $250.00

• Whole beef price per lb carcass: $3.80 (Carcasses weigh 600-700 lbs), plus harvest fee and butchering.
• Beef is harvested on the ranch and taken to Country Butcher in Linda, Ca for cut and wrap.
• Approximate finished half beef 200-250 lbs.
• All beef will be frozen, and must be picked up at the butcher.
