• Whole beef price per lb carcass: $4.20 (Carcasses weigh 650-750 lbs), plus harvest fee and butchering.

• Beef is harvested on the ranch and taken to Country Butcher in Linda, Ca for cut and wrap.

• Approximate finished beef 400-450 lbs.

• All beef will be frozen, and must be picked up at the butcher.
